About the Africa Property Investment (API) Summit

The API Summit is not only a forum enabling international investors to meet, establish and enhance their relationships with African developers, but also acts as a platform where best practices are shared.

2019 marked a new cycle of development, prompting a conference theme was ‘Africa RE-Inspired’, discussions on how Africa’s real estate markets have formalized over the last decade, how the African real estate investment case compares to other emerging markets and the impacts of global real estate trends on the future.
